Webrack Mobile Privacy Policy

Overview

Webrack Mobile is designed to work offline. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party software development kits. The app does not send patches, recordings, identifiers, or usage information to us.

Information stored on your device

Webrack Mobile stores saved patches, current-session recovery data, activity progress, app preferences, and temporary audio recordings in its local app container. This information is used only to provide the features you choose inside the app.

You can delete saved patches inside the app. Temporary export files are removed by the app according to its cleanup schedule. Deleting Webrack Mobile removes its local container from the device, subject to any copies that remain in backups controlled by the device owner.

Recordings and sharing

Webrack Mobile can record audio generated by the app. It does not access the microphone. A recording remains on the device unless you explicitly choose to export it. Export uses Apple’s system share sheet, and Webrack Mobile does not receive a copy of the exported file.

When you choose a destination in the share sheet, that destination may process the file under its own privacy terms. Review the destination before sharing.

Backups

Apple device backups or backups made to a computer may include Webrack Mobile data, depending on settings controlled by the device owner. We do not operate those backup services and cannot access or delete their copies.

Network use and third parties

Webrack Mobile does not need a network connection for its synthesizer, lessons, patch storage, or recording features. It does not send data to advertising networks, analytics providers, cloud storage, or artificial intelligence services.

Apple processes App Store purchases, downloads, and any diagnostics users choose to share with Apple under Apple’s own policies. That processing is separate from Webrack Mobile.

Children

Webrack Mobile does not ask users to provide names, email addresses, dates of birth, precise locations, photos, contacts, or other personal information. External file sharing is placed behind a parental gate. A parent or guardian should review the selected destination before allowing a child to export a recording.

Support messages

If you contact support outside the app, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. We use it only to respond, investigate the reported problem, and meet legal obligations. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Do not send private recordings unless support asks for a sample and you choose to provide it.

Your choices

You control the patches and recordings stored by the app. You can delete patches in Webrack Mobile, remove exported recordings from their destinations, manage device backups in Apple’s settings, and delete the app to remove its local container from the device.

Changes to this policy

If Webrack Mobile’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before the changed version is released.
