Include the app version, device model, system version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send private recordings unless we ask for a sample and you choose to share it.
I cannot hear sound
Check the device volume and selected audio output, including connected headphones or Bluetooth devices. Return to Webrack Mobile and tap Play. Playback stops after an interruption, loss of an audio output, or time in the background.
Every instrument needs a signal connected to an Output module. Try First Sound in Discover to hear a simple working example.
Where are my sounds stored?
Saved instruments and current-session recovery data stay in the app’s local container. Save an instrument to keep it on your My sounds shelf. The app has no account or cloud synchronization service. Device backups may include your work, depending on the device owner’s settings.
How do I record and share?
Tap Record to capture up to two minutes of the app’s generated sound as a stereo WAV file. Stop recording, then tap Share. A grown-up check appears before Apple’s system share sheet. The app never uses the microphone.
Does it need the internet?
No. Sound generation, bundled instruments, experiments, local saving, and recording work offline. A destination you choose in the share sheet may require a connection.
How do I delete my work?
Delete individual instruments from My sounds. Remove exported recordings from wherever you saved them. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to copies retained in backups controlled by the device owner.
Accessibility
Tap a dial for precise native controls. Outputs also offer a list of compatible destinations, and module menus offer movement controls. Larger text sizes use a scrolling module list. Explanations can be read aloud, and waveform animation respects Reduce Motion.
If an accessibility feature is difficult to use, contact us with the screen and action involved.
Compatibility and purchases
Webrack Mobile requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple Support.
Privacy
The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Read the Webrack Mobile privacy policy.
